During our peak season (Summer & Spring) it will take us about a week to get a quote between calling us, scheduling a time/day, and sending the final quote after the in-person walkthrough. In more of our considered less busy months October-February it takes 2-3 days to complete the process. Services such as mowing, snow removal, and other recurring services can be quoted over the phone via our satellite view software.

All our employees have been trained extensively and has hours upon hours of in the field training and handling different scenarios that may pop up on your property. If a problem does occur that team member can contact the office and solve the issue as a team!

If a team member damages an item on your property, he/she will contact the office to coordinate either a company to fix the issue such as a broken window or a fence panel. If the item, we broke/damaged is something we can fix on our own, we will do that as necessary such as a broken flowerpot or a mailbox. All damage cases are covered by us, so the customer never has to worry.

For lawn mowing services, we structure our prices based off of property size. This ensures that you have the most accurate and competitive price possible.

When it comes to landscaping services such as a mulch installation, we take multiple factors into consideration such as time on the job, materials, debris to remove & take away, and accessibility of our equipment. This comprehensive approach allows us to provide you with a reasonable and competitive price for you.

1. If weather interferes us from servicing your property, we will contact you that day that we are cancelling service. We will then let you know the next earliest available date to complete the job. We strive to schedule to the next day if possible but on events where the next available day falls onto a Sunday or a day, we are not open we will reschedule to the following week.
